Ingredients:
- 8 oz Bowtie (Farfalle) pasta
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup Finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Marinara or whipped feta for dipping
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until it is just slightly past al dente. Drain thoroughly.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the warm pasta with olive oil, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, and salt until every piece is well-coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned pasta in the air fryer basket. For the best results, do not overcrowd; work in batches if necessary.
