Ingredients:
- 2 ripe large mangoes, peeled and chopped (about 2 cups frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt (Greek yogurt for extra thickness)
- 1/2 cup cold water or milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to mango sweetness)
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (start small, add more if you dare!)
- Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)
- Fresh mint sprig or a tiny sprinkle of cayenne for garnish
Instructions:
