Weeknight dinner stress? Not on my watch! This 15-Minute Creamy Garlic Parmesan Gnocchi is the ultimate comfort food hack for busy families. It is rich, velvety, and tastes like it came from a high-end Italian bistro—but it only takes a quarter of an hour to make. The secret lies in using quality store-bought gnocchi and a quick-reduction cream sauce that clings to every pillowy bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb store-bought potato gnocchi
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes for a little kick

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions (usually about 2-3 minutes). They are ready once they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
  2. While the water boils, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until it smells incredible.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
  4. Gently fold in the cooked gnocchi and fresh spinach. Stir for another minute until the spinach has wilted and the gnocchi is completely smothered in that liquid gold sauce.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Serve immediately while hot and creamy!
