Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  2. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
  4. Toss in the baby spinach and cook until just wilted.
