Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, then sear for 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.
