The Ultimate Weeknight Comfort Meal

When you’re craving something fancy but only have 30 minutes, this one-pan wonder is your best friend. Juicy chicken meets silky orzo in a rich, garlicky sauce that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken thighs, bite-sized
  • 1 cup Orzo pasta
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Brown in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the dry orzo and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
  4. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes until orzo is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan, and spinach. Let the spinach wilt for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with extra parmesan!
