This recipe combines the sweetness of honey with the savory punch of soy and garlic, creating a glaze that caramelizes perfectly on the fish.

Ingredients

  • 2 large salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice to create the glaze.
  2. Season salmon and asparagus with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
