Ingredients
- 2 large salmon fillets
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice to create the glaze.
- Season salmon and asparagus with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place salmon in the skillet skin-side up and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden. Flip the fillets.
