If you’re looking for a dessert that feels like a gourmet patisserie treat but requires zero oven time, you’ve found it. These Fudgy Pistachio & White Chocolate Dream Bars combine the earthy, nutty crunch of premium pistachios with the silky, buttery sweetness of white chocolate. It is an effortless, no-bake masterpiece that looks stunning on any dessert platter.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shelled roasted pistachios (unsalted)
  • 12 oz high-quality white chocolate chips or chopped bars
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt for garnish

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. Place 1.5 cups of the pistachios in a food processor and pulse until they are finely ground but not yet a paste. Roughly chop the remaining 1/2 cup for texture.
  3. In a medium glass bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and melted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is completely smooth and melted.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and the finely ground pistachios until the mixture is uniform and vibrant green.
  5. Fold in half of the roughly chopped pistachios.
  6. Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining chopped pistachios and the flaky sea salt over the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until the bars are firm. Lift the parchment paper to remove, slice into squares, and enjoy!
